 Parents or any other person are not allowed to board the School bus whiledropping or picking up their child. In case you are late, please refrain from overtaking the school bus and stoppingto board your child to the School bus. This is dangerous and goes against theroad safety rules. If the child misses the school bus, it’s the parent’sresponsibility to drop the child to school. In case of any change of address, please send a written application to the frontdesk at least 15 days in advance. This will give us enough time to designate theclosest bus stop for your convenience and allot you the right time for pick upand drop off. The allotment will be done based on the availability of thevacancies in the requested route. Else the request will be put on standby. Tillthe confirmation of the seat the parent has to hold the responsibility of dropand pickup of their children. This will be in effect once the transport in-chargegives a confirmation of the same. Sudden request for diversions/extensions will not be entertained on existingroutes. If there’s a change in phone number or email address of either parent orguardian, please inform the school office. Cleanliness must be maintained at all times. Students are not supposed totrash food or wrappers inside the bus or throw them out from the bus. Parents are requested not to argue with the attendants/driver/Teacher presentin the bus. In case of any problem, a written complaint should be submitted tothe Parents Help Desk or Email to School Transport, transport@vikasconcept.com.18. The school Management does not hold the responsibility of any other modeof transport other than school transport.19. Parents must ensure that children avail bus facility for both pickup and drop. One-way transport service will not be provided.20. Please co-operate with the Transport department that will be workingtowards the larger interest of the entire student community.24
