stop of a temporary or permanent nature, permission must be sought througha written application to the Transport Department through the Principal.i. The application shall be submitted to the Administrative office or throughan email addressed to the Principal at transport@vikasconcept.com atleast 15 working days in advance. No such changes in routes or stops willbe entertained on an immediate basis unless there is an exigency.ii. Temporary change of route/stops may be applied for a maximum of 15days.iii. No such change shall become effective merely by virtue of submitting anapplication, until permission is granted by the Principal to the effect.Requests for permanent changes in the routes/stops should be submittedon or before the 15th of the month so that they can be made effectivefrom the 1st day of the following month. All such approved changes willbe effective from the 1st of the month following the date of application.No exceptions shall be made to this rule.2. Students are not allowed to board their School Bus at another bus stop or toboard other School Buses if they have missed their allotted School Bus. It isthe responsibility of the parents in such cases to drop their childrenpunctually at the School gate. However, the student may return home by theallotted School Bus on that day.3. Parents shall not be allowed to board the School Bus for any reason whatsoever.4. Paying tips to drivers or other employees of the school shall constituteviolation of school ethos.5. Parents / Guardians have no authority or right to change either the droppoints or the pick-up points (of school buses) on their own. In case ofviolation, the facility may be suspended. It must be noted, that the erringparents/ students alone shall be responsible for the consequences.We expect our students and parents to consider and abide by the followingguidelines.1. Students must be punctual and be present on the same side of the road asdecided.22
