SCHOOL VISITING HOURSPrincipal / Vice Principal / Headmistress can be met between 2:30pm& 3:30pm on all working daysOFFICE TIMINGSMonday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 4:00pmGENERAL RULESStudents are not allowed to bring electronic gadgets & electricappliances into the campus.Students are prohibited from using cell phones in the campus.Parents can meet subject teachers during their free period between2.30pm & 3.30pm on any working day but with the prior information tothe teacher and permission from the Principal / Vice Principal / HMbefore the specified time in case of a genuine reason.Parents are not permitted to go to the class room for any reason.Parents are not allowed to take students in between school hoursexcept for medical reasons.Students are allowed to go out only with parents / any authorisedperson with a request letter issued by the parent along with valid identityproof.Appointments: Via email or phonecall to office.Guideliness: Respect school rules and timings focus on constructivefeedbacks of students growthAvoid disrupting classes or school activities.Parents are requested to visit school campus in respectful attireAvoid revealing or casual clothing (Eg:shorts, flip flops ripped jeans)Formal or business casual wear preferable.26
