WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDSParents wishing to withdraw their child must fill in the Withdrawal Form availableat the school. These forms must be filled, signed and submitted by the parent at theschool office.The original receipt of the Security deposit must be submitted for refund along with a duly filled withdrawal form along with bank details.Security deposit shall be refunded in total only if a written notice regarding withdrawal is given to the school before the last working day of the academic session.Refund of the Security Deposit is made by cheque and not in cash.A minimum of one week from the date of filling of Withdrawal Form will be required by the school to make the refund.25% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited if the withdrawal notice is given after thelast working day of the academic session but before the beginning of the newacademic session.50% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited if the withdrawal notice period is afterthe beginning of the new academic session but before 31st May.100% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited in case of withdrawals with intimationafter 1st June or during the academic year.Discontinuation from school without intimation will lead to the forfeiture of theSecurity Deposit in lieu of fees for the year. In case the Security Deposit falls short,the difference will have to be paid by the parent. Transfer Certificate will be issuedonly on clearing payment of dues.Students who are taking a long leave of absence must still pay the full fees. No.concessions will be allowed.The cost of any damage by a student to the equipment or any other school propertywill be recovered from him/her by debiting from the Security Deposit.Transport fee is not refundable.Kindly note that the refundable security deposit must be collected as soon as theprocess of withdrawal is completed. Parent must take the initiative to collect theamount. In case of delay by more than 2 months the refund cannot be settled foradministrative reasons.All these rules are subject to change without any advance notice28
