WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS 1.Parents wishing to withdraw their child must fill in the ‘Withdrawal Form’ online available in the school website. 2. The original receipt of the ‘Security Deposit’ must be submitted for refund along with a duly filled withdrawal form along with bank details. 3. Security deposit shall be refunded in total only if a written notice regarding withdrawal is given to the school before the last working day of the academic session. 4. Refund of the Security Deposit is made in online mode not in cash. 5. A minimum of one week from the date of filling of Withdrawal Form will be required by the school to make the refund. 6. 25% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited if the withdrawal notice is given after the last working day of the academic session but before the beginning of the new academic session. 7. 50% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited if the withdrawal notice period is after the beginning of the new academic session but before 31st May. 8. 100% of Security Deposit shall be forfeited in case of withdrawals with intimation after 1st June or during the academic year. 9. Discontinuation from school without intimation will lead to the forfeiture of the Security Deposit in lieu of fees for the year. Transfer Certificate will be issued only on clearing payment of dues.10. Students who are taking a long leave of absence must still pay the full fees. No concessions will be allowed.11. The cost of any damage by a student to the equipment or any other school property will be recovered from him/her by debiting from the Security Deposit.12. Transport Fee is not refundable.13. Kindly note that the refundable security deposit must be collected as soon as the process of withdrawal is completed. Parent must take the initiative to collect the amount. In case of delay by more than 2 months the refund cannot be settled for administrative reasons.14. All these rules are subject to change without any advance notice28
