ADMISSION1. Registration for admission to different classes is generally done in the month ofJanuary.2. Special consideration is given to talented students in Sports and Games, Culturaland Literary activities.3. Special attention must be paid to entering correctly the name and date of birth ofthe child. Subsequent changes in the date of birth or name will not be permitted.4. Admission is finalised after a preliminary test and / or interview and payment ofthe prescribed fees, which once paid are not refundable. However, admissionremains provisional until the submission of required certificates latest by March18.5. The School DOES NOT COLLECT ANY DONATIONS whatsoever for admissions eitherdirectly or indirectly.WITHDRAWALSA month’s notice is required for a student to be withdrawn from the school failing whichthe current term fee must be paid.DAILY WORKING HOURS- Monday to Saturday : 8.30a.m to 3.30 p.m- Second Saturday Holiday for Students (Except on specified days)- The Principal, VP and the HM can be met between 2.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on allworking days with prior appointment.- When corresponding with the school, you are requested to mention, Class, Sectionand Enrollment code of your ward(s).- Parents, Guardians and others are requested not to meet the students or teachersduring the school hours without the prior permission of the Principal/VP/HM.- You can meet the concerned teachers on all working days after 2.30 p.m. and with priorpermission from the Principal/VP/HM before the specified time in case of a genuineand urgent reason.DISCIPLINE AND REGULARITYStrict regularity, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness in dressand person is expected of each student. Hence, irregular attendance, habitual idleness,unsatisfactory application to studies, indiscipline and objectionable moral influence inand out of the school, justify dismissal of a student from the school. Parents will beintimated before such an action is taken.32
