9. Parents should access the MCB app. on a regular basis. If not done, may fail toreceive notification on the long run.10. Parents should not call up the staff on personal numbers or call on teachersduring class hours or on bus points or bus parking area.11. Parents who cannot come personally to the school are requested to contact theschool reception or through e-mail for complaints of any nature and get theircomplaints registered. The school will respond to the queries as soon as possible.12. When corresponding with the school, parents are requested to mention classand section in which their children are studying. Parents/Guardians are notallowed to enter the classes and see the children or interview their teachers,during school hours. They are earnestly requested to check the note booksand diaries of their children and co-operate with the School in maintaining ahigh standard.
